  • Frequently Asked Questions
  • Which materials can your laser cutting service be applied to?

Our laser cutting service can be applied to a wide variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, MDF, leather, fabric, paper, cardboard, thin aluminum, and certain types of plastic. Laser power is precisely adjusted according to the material’s thickness and type to ensure clean, precise cuts.

  • What is contract cutting service and how does it work?

Contract cutting means we cut the material you provide using our machinery. With this service, you can use your own stock material and only pay for labor. Once you send us your CAD file and deliver your material, we perform fast and accurate cutting.

  • What is the edge quality when cutting composite panels?

Composite panels (such as Alucobond) are cut using our CNC machines equipped with specialized bits and cooling systems. This prevents cracking, delamination, or deformation, resulting in clean, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing edges.

  • What material thicknesses can be cut with a CNC Router?

Our CNC Router machines can typically cut materials ranging from 0.5 mm to 50 mm in thickness. This includes wood, MDF, composites, PVC, aluminum, and certain plastics. Special adjustments can be made for thicker materials upon request.

  • How can I request a price quote?

To receive a price quote, simply send us an email or fill out our contact form with the following details: Product dimensions and quantity, Material type (or your preference), Cutting/printing method (laser, CNC, UV, etc.), and Design file (if available). We will provide a detailed and transparent quote within 24 hours.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale gift items?

There is no strict minimum order quantity for wholesale gift items. You can place an order starting from as few as 10 pieces, and pricing is adjusted based on your order volume.

  • On which surfaces can UV printing be applied?

Our UV printing can be applied to almost any flat surface, including glass, metal, wood, acrylic, plastic, ceramic, stone, and even certain fabrics. UV inks cure instantly, producing durable, fade-resistant, and water-resistant results.

  • In which format should I send my designs?

For optimal results in cutting and printing, we prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, DXF). Raster files (JPG, PNG) are acceptable for UV printing, provided they have a resolution of at least 300 DPI. We offer free technical review of your design files to ensure compatibility.

  • How long does it take to deliver orders?

Standard orders are typically completed within 2–5 business days. We also offer a 1-business-day rush production option for urgent requests (additional fee applies). Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and material availability.

  • Do you supply the material, or can I bring my own?

Both options are available. You may bring your own material (contract cutting), or we can supply materials from our inventory, which includes a variety of qualities and colors. We’re happy to guide you in selecting the best material for your project.
